✔Penn Estates is a private, gated community located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.
✔Close to major highways, making it convenient for travel to New York City, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please be aware that if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the payment processing fee will be non-refundable. This is because we use external payment processors, such as Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
-Any food delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, grub hub, pizza delivery) needs to be called in to the us first so we can call in security clearance for the driver.

-There is a strict speed limit of 25 MPH throughout Penn Estates.

-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.

-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

-We have a pet fee of $125 (max, 2 pets). Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

-Our home theater and electronics have been professionally installed and programmed for optimal performance. To maintain their functionality, please refrain from adjusting any wiring or settings. If you encounter any issues with the equipment, feel free to reach out for assistance. Any modifications or alterations to the equipment may necessitate a professional service call, for which you would be responsible. The minimum fee for such service is $125.
