Fell short.
We chose this hotel because they indicated after hours check in time after a flight coming in at close to midnight. That was the only thing that was convenient about our stay. Our door was unlocked before we entered the room. We had no towels, and I had to dry myself with a washcloth, our shower was missing one of the soap dispensers, and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There was an unusual looking piece of fabric hanging down from under the bed that looked like it had been shoved under it. There was supposed to be a pantry/store to be able to buy things from if we needed it. There were Cheetoh's and a few OTC medications to purchase. The halls and elevators smelled like weed, and we were told during check-in that breakfast is served until 10am. We got to the lobby at 9:30am and were told that they stop serving breakfast at 9am. Overall, just one thing after another, this place fell short. We won't stay again.

This is a property that looks ok in pictures but is an absolute dump in person. This is an old Best Western that got a coat of paint slapped on it and was rebranded. The rooms are flimsy, the hallways are dirty, and the area around it is downright unsafe. There were people meandering around the parking lot all night, and obvious that the park next to the property was sketchy.

the hotel was nice and the breakfast was very good..the room was nice and the soaps and lotions in the shower and bathroom were wonderful..all was good except that our towels werent changed and no one came in to clean the room which seemed strange

Surprisingly nice.
It is a rather nice hotel. It looks like it wouldn't be because of the condition of the hallways, but the rooms are quite nice. The bed is comfortable and high. You have to climb up to get in. Great for people like me who are tall. Water pressure was good, but there was no hot water for the first 3 days of my stay. Got a generous discount for the entire visit. The bathtub was cracked and didn't drain well, but was adequate for showering. Wifi was good and strong. Did not lose connection while in meetings. Rooms were quiet, except for when they were being cleaned. Breakfast was nice and offered lots of variety. Location is not walkable, but close to the major roadways.

Upon check-in after a cross country flight and car rental, yes, I was a bit fatigued yet energized by arrival to hotel. The receptionist was on the phone and did not acknowledge my arrival to the hotel. This was very disappointing. Good to great customer service involves, eye contact, smile and head nod at the minimum. This was not available from the attendant behind the desk. I do suggest there is room for improvement in this basic customer care non-verbal language. Thank you

Property called me to inform that they have no hot water available and they will give me free cancellation and full refund. And after I requested cancellation from Expedia, property is not answering any calls from Expedia agent for approval and my money is still pending with them. Worst experience.
