This property was horrible. At first I went in. I didn’t have a microwave in the room and I ordered something that needed to be heated up so I had to go downstairs. I had no breakfast. The pool was still not working. There was blood in my bed, I slept down one side, and I brought the sheets down and then they said that I had a service dog, which I told You guys and they had me put my $100 deposit which say that make everybody do and they would not give me the hundred dollar deposit back I went into my Chime to ask them to get it back. They would not talk to me. They would not give me any legal document saying that I could not get it back for the chime or 4 your website your app they said why did you tell us you had a dog? I said it was on the Travelocity one. I didn’t know what you had to see. No one told me I had to say I had a service dog. Is there a dog can go on anything if she didn’t have her coat on, but it didn’t matter so they would not give it back because they said that there was blood in the bed. The blood was not from me. I don’t even have a period anymore. I’m menopausal and my dog slept on the floor and she’s fixed in her bed so basically they will not talk to me. They won’t answer the calls to me. They won’t give me anything. They are awful. I would never ever recommend them and I would like $100 back if you can do anything about this. This is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous

Phillips products are stinky. Cheaper one! Frustrated with channels, too slow. Bad captions, hardly read them…I am deaf and require special needs. There’s nothing than TV set. I didn’t enjoy it so I was glued to my phone all night.

The photo is very deceptive, it was not lit up at all like the photo. Was kind of concerned when only 2 cars in the parking lot and there was someone sitting in each of them. The room itself was remodeled, clean and nice. When going for breakfast next morning, you can see the property is very large and in dire need of updating. Must have been quite the property back in the day. Breakfast is not for someone that likes a nice hot breakfast, but if just need something to tide you over, this will do.

Disappointed! Front desk couldn't process check in. Charged twice for stay, we resolved after we got home. Found someone's pajamas behind a chair in the room when we checked in. Blue painters tape used for room number. Pool had no water. Has great possibilities, but is neglected.

We left a day early because the beds were horrible and the doors stick and slam so when anyone goes in and out it’s extremely loud. In addition our card was charged NUMEROUS times. Holding an ADDITIONAL $394 (not counting the $100 deposit being held) it has been over 24 hours since we checked out and none of these holds have been released. We are in town for a funeral so this was not an expected expense to begin with and then to have an additional $400 on hold is ridiculous and the front desk didn’t know how or why it happened as they do not show the same charges on their end. I was told the manager would get ahold of me but still have not heard anything. Will NEVER stay here again. Elevator not working and on 2nd floor at the back of the building. Our card was deactivated so after a long day of dealing with funeral arrangements we had to go back down to the front desk to deal with that. Then we had to pay to check into a better hotel so that’s more money we had to spend.

Room had crumbs left on table from previous stay. Sheets/covers had stains on them. It’s 45 in Syracuse. Why was the ac on upon entering the room? Will not be staying there even as budget hotel standards weren’t really met. Clean room?

Good value property
We were happy with our stay. The hotel and room was clean no musty smells. I was happy with the breakfast choices that included waffles, bread choices, cereal, juices, apples. The exterior of the property is clean. We would stay again .
