This property was horrible. At first I went in. I didn’t have a microwave in the room and I ordered something that needed to be heated up so I had to go downstairs. I had no breakfast. The pool was still not working. There was blood in my bed, I slept down one side, and I brought the sheets down and then they said that I had a service dog, which I told You guys and they had me put my $100 deposit which say that make everybody do and they would not give me the hundred dollar deposit back I went into my Chime to ask them to get it back. They would not talk to me. They would not give me any legal document saying that I could not get it back for the chime or 4 your website your app they said why did you tell us you had a dog? I said it was on the Travelocity one. I didn’t know what you had to see. No one told me I had to say I had a service dog. Is there a dog can go on anything if she didn’t have her coat on, but it didn’t matter so they would not give it back because they said that there was blood in the bed. The blood was not from me. I don’t even have a period anymore. I’m menopausal and my dog slept on the floor and she’s fixed in her bed so basically they will not talk to me. They won’t answer the calls to me. They won’t give me anything. They are awful. I would never ever recommend them and I would like $100 back if you can do anything about this. This is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous

Remodeling wasn’t finished. Other customers in the hotel were loud
I wish Expedia would mention when a hotel is “managed” by a third party. These hotels are always lacking. I waited 35 minutes to check in because of a computer issue. The hotel looked like it was closed, the windows were dirty, blinds all messed up. There was no coffee. The elevator was broken. The room was fairly decent until I tried to turn the heat on. It was in the 30’s at night and the room was only 60. When I turned it on it was so loud I couldn’t hear the tv. For all the noise it just blew cold air. So I had to put on extra clothes and just deal with it. I got an “oh sorry” from the person at the counter when I checked out. I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns and generally like them. Just not when they are run by foreigners whose standards are not acceptable.

There is lack of noise insulation. Everything that happen d in the other room got across to my room.
Fortunately my child slept and heard nothing, I hope.
The description of all amenities was not correct.
Staff very very pleasant clean convenient great place to stay would recommend to anyone coming to the Central New York Syracuse metropolitan area

The staff are very professional and pleasant. As you continue your renovations inside the main gathering area looks great. The rooms are clean and the mattress is very comfortable. The exterior has work needed but does not give a bad impression of the hotel.
The room we had was clean and has enough space and lighting. Staff are friendly and location was perfect for our trip

Wouldn’t recommend.
This room was so grungy we checked out after arriving and didn’t stay. Also didn’t feel safe as there were sketchy people in the parking lot and the outside door didn’t latch so anyone could enter the hotel. The only place that appeared clean was the lobby.
Our room was located in the “old section” of the inn.
Utilities in the room not working, lights did not turn on. We had exposed wire near the bathroom. The walls and windows were dirty, especially the windows. There was an odor in the room, and we noticed several stains on the mattress. We left the room and brought it to the attention of the front desk host. He was friendly, but he was unable to process a refund for the stay.
When we asked for a refund, we were told to contact the third party booking agent. Which was Expedia. Spoke with two different support staff, which did not help the situation and tried to charge us for cancellation. We explained the situation of cleanliness and safety. To no avail. We asked to speak with supervisor, first time the call ended right after we asked. The second support call the support staff said we should expect a call in 40-45 minutes. We received no call back.
The property on the exterior of the building was unkept and gardens weed. Infested. Locks on exterior doors were inoperable, leaving the building vulnerable to unwanted guest.
Gym and pool were under construction and was not made aware during booking. Tile flooring in entrance ways was cracked and lifted, trip hazard.
UL plates on fire doors were painted over. Ice machines were old and dirty.
Skirting on bed were ripped and dirty along with the currents. The room was stale smelling. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
Breakfast which was included was limited and dietary restrictions was not able to eat 90 percent of anything available.
No gym or pool and no lights coming into the property late at night. Nobody greeted us for 20 minutes. Was not made aware of no amenities until after we checked in and that they were doing renovations. Locks did not appear secure.
