No cleaning provided, the service only includes linen change, no additional rubbish bin bags after the initial 2 provided, even though we extended our stay from 2 weeks to 5 weeks in total, you are expected to buy everything on your own ,even toilet cleaner as nothing was provided

Security tab access did not work once on our 20 day stay. We had to use a manual key from street access, and therefore we had to park in the street. The manager reprogrammed the security tab but it continually did not work. Wifi kept dropping out at least twice a day and had to reset our devices when this happened. When we checked out and handed the keys in the manager did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 20 nights! This is our first and last time staying here under the new management and have been coming here since 2012 when is was owned and run by Waldorf, who were always very friendly.

The property was secure and close to shops for everyday needs. Staying for 17 days and only assist in keeping apartment clean was change of bedding/ sheets and towels once a week. I asked for bin liners and dishwashing powered after been finshed. Told this is not included in the stay :( :(

Great spacious and tidy apartment. Small hiccup with booking as it appeared that expedia hadn't passed on all details to proprieter. We asked for an extra bed in unit but we didnt recieve it, luckily we had a blow up bed in our car which our child used instead. Host was helpful upon arrival.

It was very comfortable, spacious with everything you may need. Very comfy beds and pillows. ( I didn’t even miss my own pillow). What i didnt like it is that apart from changing towels and making beds ( mine were made only half in one bedroom) there was not cleaning services at least once during our stay.

The property provides a car park and extra carparks around the building for visitors. The tenants were quiet and busy living their own lives just like us working people. I felt safe because of door security doors and windows. I quiet like the once a week change of sheets and towels and no daily interference from staff duties.
