Would be nice to know that housekeeping was not being provided. Since housekeeping was not provided, maybe provide larger garbage cans and more towels. More Hooks in the bathroom would be beneficial for hanging toiletry bags and towels.

Thermostat was set to heat in auto mode but every time it turned on automatically to regulate the temperature it was cold air in cooling mode. Had to wake up every few hours to fix it to not freeze to death

The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the large screen TV, but our room was directly across from the elevator, and there was a large party gathered that night with children up and down the halls and in and out of the elevator till well past midnight. Also, we stayed two nights in our room was not cleaned or straightened at all for the second night.
