It is always a pretty decent stay. Hotel needs some work and upkeep in the rooms and the hall in fact the entire interior needs updating very bad.

Front desk staff did not speak English. Room was filthy. Black mold in bathroom. Stained carpets, mystery black smears on mirror, thick dust on coffee maker, mystery substances splattered and drpped down walls. Hotel needs serious updating. Breakfast was a serious dissapointment. Some yogurts, instant oatmeal, and cold cereal.

Clean but outdated.
The employees were above and beyond nice. Shuttle from airport was a bonus. We were stuck in Philly overnight due to an airport glitch. The price was right for 9 hours The condition of the property was in great need of an upgrade. Although it was clean.

The man at the counter was rude and disgusting. Wiping his snotty nose with his bare hands, then continued to wait on me with using hand sanitizer or anything, then wants to hand me a pen to sign my papers....no thanks, i jave my own. Then he didnt give me any directions to my room or let me know of any amenities. I just figured it out myself. I was dont with him. The room was dirty. Hair in and on the tub, on the floor. spots on the mirror, didnt look like they vacuumed. Looked like they just emptied the harbage can instead of putting in a new trash liner. The carpet in the hallway was gross! There shuttle driver John?? Was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly and eager to help!

The room did not seem like it was clean. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet the shower both were dirty. Waited 15 minutes for the person working the front desk to come check me in. I arrived at the hotel at 8:45 and did get to room tell after 9:20pm.

The only good things about this hotel are the following: location, water pressure, and front desk staff who didn't argue with us when we needed to change rooms and then when we wanted to check out early. Our original room had a stomach-turning stench of mildew and was filthy. I have never had a nightmare that I'd sleep somewhere so gross. The second room at least didn't stink but the carpet was damp and the bathroom looked like it had water damage. Really gross.
