Welcome to the Charming lakefront cottage boasting expansive open water views, located in Eatonton. This property consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

In addition, there is a fully-stocked kitchen, a gas grill and indoor and outdoor eating areas. Televisions are located in each room as well as in the family room and downstairs game area.

The screened porch boasts a dining area as well as a sitting area with stunning views of the lake. Directly below the porch is a concrete patio with a gas grill and swing.

Access to the dock is made easy with stairs leading from the house. Kayaks are available and free for guest use.

The house is conveniently located close to two boat ramps (Twin Bridges Marina and Lake Sinclair Recreational Area) and within 10 minutes of a Walmart, Ingles, Kroger, and Publix.

Perfect Stay
We wanted a relaxing weekend and it was perfect. The home is right on the water. Sunset each evening was amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well supplied. Great place to stay.

Fantastic Lake Vacation!
This was a mother/daughter getaway. The location of this property is amazing and even better than pictured. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and we felt safe and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the lake view with our morning coffee and spent the days floating on the lake with the provided inner tubes. I was concerned about the stairs as my mom is 80 and just had a knee replacement but she said they were great and not steep at all for either of us. We had my mom’s little dog with us and the yard is fenced in on the front and sides of the property which is a great bonus! This part of the lake is beautiful and the water was warm and refreshing. The owner was extremely nice and communicative answering any questions quickly. I’d definitely return for another stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
