This place is ideal for hosting family gatherings looking to enjoy a luxurious relaxing stay at the Lake.

Located inside a quaint gated community on Lake Oconee, our home welcomes you with amazing lake front views. With over 6800 square feet of luxurious accommodations, you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing time at the lake with a large group.

Please ask about renting our pontoon boat available for an extra fee upon arrival! There is additional 75/night to heat the pool April - September and 150/night October - March.

With stunning lake views from every room, and close proximity to all local attractions including- The Village at Lake Oconee shopping center, Ritz Carlton, Golfing and numerous restaurants - this truly is the place to be! Watch a movie in our theatre room or play a game of NBA basketball in our game room.

Our spacious living room features a sitting area with Roku TV - perfect after a long day of fun on the lake. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all possible amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, ice maker and a wine cooler.

This house features a 3 car garage, laundry room with new LG appliances, 500 mb speed WIFI, theatre room, outside gas grill and multiple fire places.

The backyard is complete with its own private dock, yard for various games and BBQ/outdoor fireplace to relax after an enjoyable day out on the lake!

We do have 3 security cameras on the property.
No additional guests allowed. Overnight guests only.

Beautiful home, lake is amazing, pool was a nice benefit.
Beautiful property and neighborhood. Kate is incredibly responsive and did her best to address all concerns. The check in process was very smooth, however we arrived as the gutters were being cleaned and there was debris all over. Wade, the local property manager came by to put the boat in and asked the gutter crew to clean up their mess. They did their best…just not the best way to kick off vacation (tons of the debris got into the pool and I spent hours getting it out). This property is in desperate need of some TLC, particularly on the exterior. At this price range, we were shocked by the number of little things that did not work, or are in need of repair. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking/baking needs. The home its self is very spacious and accommodated 3 families with ease. There is only one television in the home (the movie room screen worked off and on), which was a bit of a challenge on our rainy days…we had 3 families with children ranging from 8–15. The pool is an amazing feature. Only downfall is that we had to text Kate to turn on the hot tub when we wanted to use it/heat. It would be very nice to have access from the home to control the hot-tub heating and jets, texting her all day was not ideal.

The lake was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the relaxatoin as well as the convience of the dock. We did have a couple of issues while we were there, but Kate took care of them right away. We will be back!

Awesome house on an awesome lake
We had 6 adults and 7 kids and the house, location on the lake, and the lake itself were amazing. It was shallow and sandy by the dock, plenty of safe space the kids to swim. Easy boat access to the dock and from there out to a central part of the lake. And plenty of space for water sports or swimming off the boat. House was very spacious with a movie theater and game room. Highly recommend for families and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The weather was great for using the screened in fireplace. Loved playing checkers in front of the fire. The theatre room was perfect for our movie night. And the spacious kitchen had us all marveling at the set up. We had a wonderful retreat.

Kates house was absolutely amazing! It was as described and very clean. There was plenty of space for a large group to stay there. The house is comfortable and also close to all the restaurants and bars in Greensboro. I would definitely recommend staying at Kate’s beautiful home.

Gorgeous lakefront home!
We brought our small fishing boat and were able to launch right across the street from the house. The home itself is beautiful and well appointed with amazing water views all around. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place to unwind and enjoy the lake!

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing
We absolutely loved the home and it exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for a few couples and children. The backyard and surroundings were lovely (be sure to catch the sunrise), quiet and relaxing - plenty of room for kids to kick a soccer ball around and for a couple of dogs to play. (Please be mindful of neighbors.) The entire process from booking to checkout was seamless and low stress. Katie was super awesome at communicating and went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. As this is a new rental property, having a small check-in and checkout checklist (showing wifi code, etc.) would facilitate the process. If able, plan to bring some fishing rods as you can fish right off the dock. (I wish I had brought mine). This house is truly a gem and I hope to visit again in the future. My wife, children and in-laws were the first guests to stay at Kates place and we cannot say how incredible our stay was! I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals on Lake Oconee and this place tops them all. First off the location of her property is inside this super quiet/ nice gated community with super easy access- upon entering the gates you are welcomed by horse pastors on both sides with beautiful horses and estates. It feels like you’re on a luxury estate/ ranch! Breath taking Her STUNNING property is located on a quiet corner with an incredible view of the lake. Inside the property is beautiful with all the amenities you can think of and so much room! This place is massive and our group of 12 everyone had their own bed and private bathroom. It’s perfect for large groups. There’s a theatre room we watched a movie together as a family that feels like a legit movie theatre! There’s a game area too that our kids were able to play while the adults cooked dinner/ hung out on the patios. I could go on and on about our stay but this truly is a remarkable property, inside a unique neighborhood on a beautiful part of the lake. We didn’t want to leave- this place truly felt like home! Thank you Kate for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back
