I did not get the room I reserved. The staff was dressed unprofessionally. One guys hair was out of control. The water pressure and temperature control was terrible. You can tell it had been Jerry rigged buy some hobby plumber. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise for this place or completely overhaul it.

We always stay here when we come to Eau Claire. Perfect location, staff is always welcoming and the beds are beyond comfortable!!! Plus, it's right off the highway and is surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

The front desk staff/bartender was helpful and friendly (I wouldn’t recommend the tap beer as it was flat!) The room was clean but we discovered someone else’s food remnants under the a/c unit when we were looking for our lost keys. We went down for a quick breakfast at 7 am since we needed to leave and they were out of food! The guy in the kitchen said he was working on making more but, we didn’t have time to wait so, no breakfast! We couldn’t find anyone at or near front desk to check out so, we just left.

Great Stay
The hotel and rooms were clean and the environment was conducive to rest and relaxation. I would stay there again if traveling through the area. Attendant at the desk was helpful. I used the in room guide to find a restaurant and was very please with the choice.

Came back to hotel from after having dinner and noticed there is no parking available. About 20 spots or more were taken by trucks and their boats or trucks and their trailers. I was told I had to park in a dark parking lot behind the hotel, which was target I did not feel it was safe, the trucks and trailers and their boats have parked in the parking lot instead of my individual van

Overall room was fairly clean but had makeup stained towels in bathroom, toilet was loose and wobbly and there was an unknown substance on the bathroom wall. Did not have enough parking - allowed trailers to park in lot so had to park at Target and walk.

The property was overall clean and quiet and near to everything we needed in the Eau Claire area. I think that the old AC unit that cycled on and off all night is just outdated. It's been a while since we have stayed somewhere with units like that. Time to update those. Otherwise, it was fine.
