The room was full of bugs!!! They said that there was the time of the year and after our second complaint, bicos they keep coming they came to help us out with the cleaning, but I have never seen so many bugs in a room!!! No change of room or discount was offered, because it was late we hade no option, but to stay… It was $180 the night

Pull out couch cover was dirty had to pull it out and shake it off. Arrived after long drive and keys didn’t work had to go back down and wait in line. Bottle cap on floor I don’t think anyone vacuumed.

We stayed on a Sunday evening, arrival around 10 PM. There were maybe six or seven other cars for guests - not busy at all. We’ve stayed here many times before, overall a great property that is clean and safe. Staff at check-in just seemed a little lost, she made it feel somehow harder than it really should be. Commented on reserving through “a third party and not directly” so she had to do more. Then she put us in an accessible room, the kind with a bath tub and this fixed sliding bench that is just in the way if you don’t require its use. The stay includes a simple breakfast, hot options and some cold. Very clean but the food was also a disappointment given past stays.

Went in for breakfast with a bunch of the group that i was with, about 10 of us and there was no hot food ready even though it was still 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time. Did not appear that they were making more or had anyone checking on the breakfast. Also addional charge for damage that was not explained to me but just charged to my card without me knowing.
