Spacious family friendly home with a heated indoor pool

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home! Located in residential Eau Claire, this property is perfect for a fun family getaway complete with an indoor heated pool.

Main Level:
The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, wine cooler, stool seating at the counter and a cozy dinette. The kitchen boasts all new appliances making cooking a breeze!

Located around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry room and bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Up a few steps is the 900 square foot main living area. This area includes two couches, one loveseat, chase lounge, electric fireplace, and 65” smart TV. Also in the living area is a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably with room available for more. This area is great for playing cards/games or crafting with a large group of people.

Down the hallway is a full bathroom that has access to the pool. This bathroom includes locker storage for your items while you swim.

The Pool:
Enjoy the highlight of the house, an indoor heated pool!! Perfect for all to splash and play! The pool can be accessed from the kitchen or hallway. Indoor access points have locking doors and alarms available for your use. Pool is 4 feet deep, no diving. Please read safety and care rules prior to swimming for a safe and enjoyable experience. Pool room includes table/chair set and many pool floats/toys.

The Patio:
Connected to the pool room is a private outdoor patio. This space is great for grilling out or sitting around a gas fire pit in the evenings. Patio not available in winter.

The Upstairs:
The upstairs includes three bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a master bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms include bunk beds (twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, and twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for use). One kid’s room includes a secret reading room! A full bathroom with shower completes the upstairs space.

The Lower Level:
The lower level is made up of a theater room, area for board games/cards, and a half bath. This area also includes a daybed and futons for resting.

UW Eau Claire Volleyball Celebration weekend
This property truly had it all, we needed a location close to UW Eau Claire campus. A property that held many people, and one that gave options for kids to be entertained. All boxes were checked and many more!!! Beds and floor space more than covered our group We originally needed space for 14, ended up at 17. ( Thank you Karen for allowing the overage) This house truly had everything. The kitchen was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. If I forgot something, it had it. The pool was so awesome, it was used for hours. The weather was nice, so the adults sat outside in the patio area, cooked on the provided grill and stayed warm by the LP fire pit at night. When the kids were not in the pool they were downstairs in the media room. Plenty of bathroom space for all. We never felt crowded EVER. There was plenty of parking which we felt may be a issue as many people came from different parts of the state so car pooling that group didn't happen, but again was not a issue. The layout of the house was so interesting, one of the guests is a home builder and he spent so much time looking at all of the upgrades done to the home. The stay was fantastic, we immediately looked at the availability for Christmas, but unfortunately wasn't available. Thank you again, we will defiantly be booking this in the future!!!!

Amazing house for a get together!
My group and I had a wonderful weekend in Eau Claire at this beautiful home! There was plenty of room for our group and it had a lot of space for activities such as game nights and pool time. The house was well stocked with towels and amenities to enjoy the fabulous indoor pool. We are already hoping to book it again sometime soon!

This house was so much fun to spend the weekend at. We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and Karen was super understanding about everything. She got back to me right away with any questions I had. The house was very clean and big enough to fit a group of 14 adults. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Outstanding House!
We stayed here with our adult children for a music festival. When finding a place to stay, the most important thing for me is always cleanliness. This house was spotless! It also had a great layout for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has literally everything you need from tons of dishes and cookware to napkins and paper towels. The beverage fridge was a great bonus, too. The beds are extremely comfortable and there were an abundance of towels. Everyone loved the pool and the outside deck was spacious and lovely. Even though our kids are in their 20's, they loved discovering the secret reading room!! We highly recommend this house and hope to be back again.

Fabulous place for a group stay!
This place is amazing. We gathered a variety of people for my daughter’s wedding. This home has so many spaces for intimate conversations as well as large group gatherings. The great room was a fabulous place for playing cards or board games, watch tv, or just chat with lots of space. The basement area movie space was a nice spot to cool down, catch a film, or chat. The upstairs large bedroom and bathroom were fabulous (as the parents, we nabbed this luxurious sleeping area). There are 4 bedrooms, so sleeping spaces are shared when large groups stay. It brought people together and many laughs were had during the sleep time. Adult “children” of the wedding party relived childhood memories. Two bedrooms had a bunk bed (full lower bed, twin upper bed) and a trundle bed to pull out, if needed. Lower bedroom (seemed full size mattress) and basement had a variety of futons/daybeds in one large space. People stated that the beds were comfortable. The deck and pool were way bigger I viewed in the home’s listing. The bridal party loved to sit and have a good time by the fire. Lastly, the place had all the extras for making the gathering a home. Cooking supplies, crock pots/nesco, platters, plates…you name it, they had what we needed to make food prep easy…which helped save money. It was a fully stocked house. Caretakers were very responsive and wonderful. I would 100% recommend this place to others. Each person that came was wowed by what they saw. ❤️

Beautiful home with an awesome pool!
My family was in town for my grandson's baptism. The house was perfect for us! We stayed in the house most of the time. Cooked all of our meals in the awesome kitchen, played games and swam in the pool multiple times. The pool was nice and warm :) This house far exceeded my expectations! It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and very well stocked. Looking forward to staying at this house again in the future!!!!

Wonderful place to stay
We had to come last minute for a funeral and, due to Jazz Fest, nothing smaller was available that was pet friendly. So we booked this house, which we have always been curious about. Although it was a bit large for 2 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Karen, was always available and answered almost immediately when I had a question. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated with so much provided for guests to use. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. I would definitely consider booking again if my daughter, adult grandkids and I come for a summer visit.

Great second stay at this awesome swim friendly property! Very CLEAN! Decor is fun! Abundantly stocked kitchen! Great spaces to gather and spaces to relax! I’m not good with stairs so the Grandparents could stay on the main level with all the amenities for a great family gathering!
