We atayed here for three nights and everything was great. The cabin was clean and large for two bedrooms. It had a lot of plates, pots, pans, a charcoal grill, a propane grill and a firepit. The internet was decent (able to watch netflix on TV without issues and had wifi for the phone), although we spent more time around the firepit.
The location is admittedly remote, which is part of the point of booking a cabin or campsite in this area. There are a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, etc in Thorp, about 15 miles north. However we cooked most of our meals on the grills provided.
The man-made lake/pond next to the cabin is small, but still fun (for a small raft for the kids or catch and release fishing off the pier). The resort is located between two lakes (Mead Lake, 5 miles away, and Rock Damn Lake, 10 miles) that have larger beaches and fishing areas. We went to both, and I would recommend Rock Damn.
