“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre.

The views are amazing. The food was delicious and traditional. The hike up was a little daunting at times but you felt great when you realized you’d done it.

No warning in hotels.com that the hotel can only be reached by foot and before 2100. Did the reservation at 2154 and they accepted it and now Expedia and the hotel refuse to give the money back. Hotel personnel arrogant and hotels.com personnel very unhelpful.

Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist super schick und modern, unser Zimmer hat auf den buchsungsbilder auch renoviert und modern ausgesehen, allerdings war nur das Bad renoviert. Das Bett war als Doppelbett zusammengeschoben und sehr hart. Die Lage und die Möglichkeiten sind super. Aber der Service wird komplett über das Smartphone abgewickelt, was teilweise ja praktisch ist. Aber in der Gastronomie am Handy zu bestellen finde ich sehr befremdlich. Allgemein war es sehr unpersönlich, wir waren leider enttäuscht.

Haben uns sehr über das schön angepriesene Hotel gefreut, leider kam dann die steil und über Stufen führende Wanderung, die vorher leider nicht ersichtlich war. Das Hotel kann anscheinend nur zu Fuß erreicht werden und ist mit Kleinkind unmöglich. Haben die Anreise abgebrochen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war telefonisch sehr unfreundlich und bot auch keine andere Lösung an um anzureisen. Mir stellt sich die Frage, ob die Lebensmittel etc. alles über den 55 Minuten langen Wanderweg bergauf getragen werden.

Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser man skal dog være opmærksom på at man skal parkere neden for bjerget og gå 2,5 km opad i en forholdsvis stejl stigning.. der var meget skiftende personale med ringe sprogkundskaber på engelsk og tysk samt en manager som var meget ubehjælpsom og ikke serviceminded.. vi boede 4 dage på et værelse hvor der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset hvor manageren ikke mente at han kunne nedlade sig til at tage sig af problemet og at vi bare skulle være glade for at der var et badeværelse og ellers kunne vi bare smutte..morgenmaden som kan tilkøbes til 18 euro pr person pr dag burde koste det halve.. den var ikke 18 euro værd.. selve naturparken er meget smuk og der er mange gode vandre ruter.. vi kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel..

Kein Saft zum Frühstück. Frühstückszeiten recht spät für Wanderer und teilweise zu den Startzeiten nicht komplett fertig „aufgebaut“. Preise der Getränke im Selbstbedienungsbereich zu hoch (gleicher Preis Flaschenbier bei Selbstbedienung wie Fassbier im Restaurantbereich).

Unterkunft praktisch , Zimmer war anders als im Internet . Sehr muffig im Bad riechen , wie klamm. Da halfen auch die 3 Flaschen Duftstäbchen im Raum nicht. Der Geruch war sehr dominant . Personal unaufmerksam und laienhaft . Schütteten halben Suppenteller über Beine ohne eine Entschuldigung- das ist enttäuschend . Ein Sorry darf man erwarten .

Herrlicher Zwischenstopp
Wir haben den Berg k Hof bei einem Zwischenstopp aus Italien besucht. Nach einer 8 Std. Autofahrt war die kleine Wanderung von 45 Minuten genau das Richtige für uns. Abends haben wir wunderbar gegessen und das reichhaltige Spieleangebot im Gemeinschaftsraum genossen. Auch das Frühstück war super - frisch und regional inklusive selbst gemachtem Birchermüsli und frisch gemachten Rührei sowie ganz hervorragendem Kaffee. Unser Familienzimmer mit eigener Dusche und WC war klein und zweckmäßig, aber neu renoviert, sauber und modern. Schlechte Bewertungen über Service und Unfreundlichkeit verstehe ich nicht. Der Ton ist vielleicht mal sarkastisch - das muss man halt einordnen können. Uns hat es super gefallen!

Skøn udsigt
Vi havde bestilt 2 overnatninger. Men vejret var skidt med skybrud og torden, og man skulle gå de sidste 2.5 km derop, så vi måtte ringe og sige vi først kom næste dag,- og så fandt vi et andet hotel med p-plads tæt på. Næste dag begav vi os derop. Det var en ret anstrengende tur, og der bør nok stå lidt mere udførligt, hvad det er man går indtil. Vi havde skruet forventningerne op til stedet i forhold til de billeder vi så på Hotels.com. Det var 1 stor fælles terresse, hvor vi forventede vores egen. Vores vindue på værelset var "punkteret", og det var næsten ikke til at se ud. Det var en oplevelse med den flotte natur omkring hotellet, men ikke et sted vi kommer igen.

Die Zeit im Bergkhotel war sehr schön! Es herrschte eine gelungene Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne vor. Der Weg zum Bergkhotel ist nur zu Fuß zu erklimmen, daher sollte man sich gepäcktechnisch auf das Nötigste reduzieren. Gemeinsam mit der schönen Natur und dem Touch Modern, ohne den Charme der Berge oder des besinnlichen Lebens zu verlieren, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
