Family-friendly 4 Bedroom House on Chappy - Book Now for Summer 2024

Four bedroom house located on Chappaquiddick. A great place for a quiet, family vacation near Chappaquiddick's secluded beaches. The house has two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are two queen beds, one full size bed and two twin beds. There is an additional room used as a nursery with a crib, rocking chair, changing pad, and children’s books and toys. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a walkout deck. The house has central AC and a screened in porch off the kitchen. If you're looking for a restful vacation, Chappaquiddick is the spot for you. We are just minutes away from some of the best beaches! Just added for 2021 a Hot Tub located off the screened porch!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Susan's home. It is equipped with everything you need, everything! It was super clean, well stocked, and a short ride to the beach or bay. Our communication with the hosts was excellent and immediate. The pictures do not do it justice, it is spacious and decorated so nice! Plenty of room for our family. Thank you to Tom and Susan for sharing their lovely home with us!

Great family trip to Chappaquiddick

Great family trip to the quaint Chappaquiddick. The stay at McHugh’s property was fantastic. Word of warning to future travellers: be prepared to make an extra trip with the Chappy ferry to Stop & Shop if you run out of household supplies. Other than that, we had a fabulous time.

Great Chappy home base

Susan and Tom's home is perfect home base for all the activities to enjoy on MV and especially Chappy. We fished hard for a week and coming back to this wonderful retreat helped energize us for the next day of fishing. The outdoor shower and hot tub were great! Inside it feels very comfortable, and just like home.

Great home for our annual Chappy vacation.

This property was in great shape and had everything necessary for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well outfitted. House has a/c so no moldy smells. The owners were very responsive. It has a homey feel and not a typical rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hidden Gem on Chappy

What a wonderful, centrally located home on Chappy. Susan and Thomas were wonderful hosts and responsive to all question. The home is in immaculate condition and the outdoor shower is amazing. The home was spacious and comfortable with everything you would need for a wonderful escape from everyday life. It was a quick drive to either park at the beach or drive onto it. Will definitely book again!

Comfortable and well-appointed

The house is very well-maintained and comfortable, if a little dark. Sleeps 8, not 7--which is why I downgraded the accuracy rating (though that is a good thing!). Convenient but not quite walkable to Chappy beaches, nice porches to be outdoors at the house but little to look at but a neighboring shed. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Great house, great location

The house is very well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is great, with very short drive to the beach. The house is kid friendly, and the rooms are nice and spacious. We had a great stay and would recommend this property and location.
