This secluded, two-story home plus guest home offers seclusion, privacy, and incredible amenities that will make your stay unforgettable! Discover a large oceanfront deck with deck furniture for relaxing, and a large yard with a backdrop like no other. A gas grill will be great for family barbecues, which you can later enjoy in the screen porch dining room.
Upon entering, high vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams will greet you, as will incredible ocean views. All areas are spacious and filled with natural light coming through ample sliding glass doors, all looking out on the private beach access. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs throughout; you will have plenty of options to choose from! Grab any of the books available and snuggle up on the sofa for a quiet evening getting lost in a world of wonder, or gather around the small coffee table to share a fun time with your pals planning your next adventures or enjoying a cup of coffee. The spacious, eat-in kitchen has all major appliances to make cooking a breeze. Equipped with a full-size fridge, a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher you will surely have everything you need to prepare your famous recipes. Right off of the kitchen is a small laundry room with a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The house is a short walk from all of the dining and shopping in Edgartown.
This main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which means there is enough space for a large family, groups of friends, and several couples! The main bedroom has direct deck access, a Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub, all with views of the ocean. The guest house provides more privacy, with a full bedroom and full bath upstairs; downstairs has a common space, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, and its own full bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
