Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing a renovation and we understand there will be issues; however, we had no toilet paper or blow dryer when we got there. The TV and the room phone didn't work all weekend despite telling them very early on in our stay. The drain in the shower was clogged b/c hair had not been cleaned from the drain. And there was no maid service all weekend.

Property was in the middle of significant renovation and we were not told prior to arriving. Luckily we were only staying one night but it was way overpriced considering the lack of amenities and condition.

It would have been nice to be informed that the property was under renovation. At this point it should not be open . There’s no seating area, it’s noisy, it’s filthy and unsafe.

Doors at lobby did not have handles, propped open by cinder blocks. Fold out Bed was not connected to frame and mattress desperately needed replaced. Sink drain was not properly connected, water drained into floor. No bed linens for fold out. Other linens were nasty. They gave us a second room, about the same condition or worse.

While the facility is undergoing renovation every inch of the place was not finished or created inconvenience. The pics below contain wrong drill holes on cabinet that bolted TV to cabinet, No silverware, dishes, cups, cooking utensils in kitchen, complementary coffee, state of AC unit on floor, rear door card reader did not work (unlocked since the day I arrived until the day I departed -security (3 days), baseboards not finished, rip in couch, stained couch and mattress for pull out. Other problems no pic, no toilet paper holder in bathroom, inadequate lighting in bathroom for makeup / shaving, one trashcan in rook (none in bathroom, low water pressure, no closet pole to hang clothes - of course no hangers because no closet pole, stained ironing board. Would not stay here again, or would I stay at another "Extended stay" chain hotel.

Very poor service. My initial checkout request accepted by the manager at the front desk for 1.00pm on Friday was declined after I confirmed on Saturday around 9.00am. Manager hung up the phone abruptly on me during our chat on Saturday. I also did not get an email from her of my invoice I requested during my check out. I provided my email address.. Toilet had poop in it. Very disgusting.

Will be really great once construction is done
Hotel was under construction and has been for a year according to front desk staff when I asked. I’m sure when it is completed it will be lovely. Staff was super friendly and responsive and helpful! Beds comfortable. But lots of construction noise, my phone didn’t work nor did my TV. Only 1 floor lamp in the entire room (other than bathroom and kitchenette light). Bathroom only has overhead light. The bathroom fan never worked so you have to wait a bit to be able to apply makeup or anything till fog clears. Also, no light over the mirror in the bathroom. They don’t clean the room daily, I guess I should’ve known this since it was a previous extended stay. Also, the floor on 3rd floor hallway was squishy in places. I thought it was just me, but my son noticed it too. Another thing to note is the outside door which should’ve been a security door was open all the time and didn’t even have an handle, push bar or anything. Just holes where it should’ve been. So safety was a bit concerning for me. Overall, I would stay there again once construction is complete.

The property is undergoing updates but that doesn’t excuse the filthy state the room was in. Toilet wasn’t even flushed…brown and yellow water with toilet paper still in it. Made us wonder what else wasn’t clean. There is no way to hang clothes in the closet because there isn’t a bar. The property advertised a full kitchen in the room, but there wasn’t a single dish, utensil, or piece of cookware in the kitchen. It’s hard to believe they are allowed occupancy in its current state.

The front desk staff & cleaning staff were excellent. However, the room itself was terrible. No where to hang clothes, no cart to take all luggage to room. Lighting in room was very limited. No coffee pot, cups or utensils of any kind. Ironing board but no iron. No hairdryer, curtains didn't fit the windows, no nightstand on one side of bed. Construction limited drop off of luggage. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We were there 2 nights. I pity the long term guest who stay there. All the above problems,which I mentioned, should have been taken care of before guest arrive. Guest should Not have to request incidentals that should already be there. Finally, guest should have been informed at time of making reservation that this was what they encounter when they arrive.
