The location of the property was decent. My only concern was the bathroom toilet seat was loose and no one came to fix it, and the pillow cases had some stains on it. Also, their snack condiments they had at the front desk were all expired.

Excellent stay; we were able to do an early check in, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, ample parking and great location! Close to Sojo, and lots of good eateries, and you can dip into the city if needed. Would stay again

Basic with view and some mishaps, but OK
The check-in process was ok, except that we were charged twice, glad that got settled upon checkout but they were able to check us in earlier than usual. Our room consists of 2 queen size beds. There were a few problems in our room. One, the safe was not reset back and we’re unable to put our valuables inside, we were told that someone will call us but we can’t wait because of a prior appointment. Next is that there are some ants walking from outside the airconditioning unit. Lastly, the slow-draining shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our no-frills stay with free breakfast and a view of the NYC. Also the hotel is close to everything which is an advantage.

Very disappointed!
Was really disappointed in this hotel. I had read previous reviews and all said so clean etc…, our room still had trash in wastebasket and hair in bathtub. The breakfast was VERY limited and the coffee was not “really” coffee. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible, I have never had a hotel experience like this Check in took 25 minutes although I had already paid and was given attitude. The woman gave us our keys and immediately walked away didn’t even tell us to enjoy our stay. The toilet was messed up and did not flush properly.

Room had insects small roaches and mold in the windows and walls. reported to the front desk and ask me to call my third party. I had a meeting early in the morning on Saturday so did not had a chance to contact expedia. Did take pictures of mold and roaches
