I was there was pretty good can’t complain. We were there for our son‘s wedding. I think the only setback was we stayed for six days and the day of the wedding. My daughter-in-law was under the impression that the shuttle will take us back-and-forth to Pier 115 and that was not the case so we were stuck driving Family back-and-forth. That was a huge inconvenience but other than that good stay.

Check in process was easy, or so thought. Staff members at front desk made mistakes on our rates and under charged us and advised that was all we needed to pay. 7 days later, realised they had made a mistake and wanted to charge us more and manager Von, or Vaughn threatened to throw 12 of us out on the street, including a Parkinson’s disease sufferer and a 2 year old baby if the bill wasn’t settled properly. Never ever ever stay at this property. Liars, schemers, and will blame to customer rather than taking responsibility for their actions

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and I have never had the room cleaned up. When we arrived they gave us a room that smelled like a smoking room it was horrible , we had to go down again to get a new room. Then during breakfast the lady told us that it was included and at check out they charge it and the front desk agent Lina said that she shouldn't told us that !! Horrible experience .
