The inn was having problem with check-in. After 6pm, unsure of when the issue will be resolved and cannot give us a room without check-in. The front desk informed that we should request a refund. So we booked nearby hotel and requested refund through app. Just heard back after the app agent contacted them several times, the refund was not granted even though we were at the location to check in and the property was the one unable to process. We have been there multiple times but very disappointed at this event.

Great short relaxation moment
It was a last minute decision. The person that checked me in was kind and accommodating. I have zero complaints about his customer service. The room was clean and spacious. The tub was awesome.

Disappointed with cleanliness of room. The bathroom shower rod was pulled out of wall and repaired with black tape. The beds were not good quality, they were uncomfortable and squeaky. Went down for breakfast at 8:45, other than coffee, waffles and 4 old apples. No water, juice not even a slice of bread. You get what you pay for, I know you could do better.
