Room was huge and very pretty. Staff very friendly. Tram, train and bus stations within easy walking distance. Many restaurants aling the main rode to choose from.

Centrally located to tram links to airport. Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was clean, cosy and comfortable, well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and also given a complimentary drinks voucher to use at their in house bar lovely little added touch, great value for money and I would definitely return!!

The property was nice, I loved the area. Super accessible to everything we wanted to see and do. While we were there it was quite cold and the heat would not kick on, we had to ask for a heater that we could plug in. The water wouldn’t get that hot either, I’m sure it’s fine at all other times of the year, just a bit uncomfortable for myself.

Slight delay with check in due to staff working in the bar and reception. The bar was Extra busy with a local rugby match. Despite this the staff coped very well, efficient and courteous.

We stayed in your hotel for one night only and were completely satisfied with everything! Great location, quiet cozy place close to the center of Edinburgh, great transport system, spacious well-heated room, clean, blackout curtains, possibility to have coffee in the room (electric kettle). You are in a private townhouse in your room, so you are essentially on your own. It’s great to get to Haymarket station and to the tram into the city center. The clean of the room is fine. I’d hope for a clean coffee cup or more towles the following day but didn’t happen. Aside from that, there is a small tesco on the corner. The major highlight was being so close to the train.

My relatives were very pleased with the comfort of the hotel, which had spacious rooms, cozy beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, being close to the city center and just a 25-minute walk to the castle. Additionally, the hotel is situated near Haymarket train station and high-quality restaurants, one of which I adore—Rustom!

This hotel is very nice. It's like a townhome and they use each room for guests. It gives the feeling of living in a thousand years old building with a modern toilet. The location is a bit far from main attractions such as Royal Mile or the Castle about 20 minute walk. But you can take train or bus (quite convenient). The hotel is right opposite the train station so. We had a good time staying here.

Didn't expect the hotel to be split into 5 different buildings but they were all next to each other which was cool. No parking on site but they were able to tell us where we could park and leave the car there for almost the whole day for less than 10 pounds. Very close to the tram stop and shops, cafes and restaurants. Only a 10 minute tram ride to the main part of Edinburgh

Just needed a one night stay after a golf trip and flying out early the next morning. There is a train to the airport a couple blocks away, the hotel is well priced, and has nice style. The shower had very modern hardware and good water pressure, and after the fire alarm situation, I was able to have a good night's sleep.
