only issue we had was my wife has limited mobility and it was hard for her to get from the road to the reception area. there was too many stairs and no lift till the bat area. otherwise we enjoy our 2 days there.

At check in we found a double bed in our room when we had previously been assured this would be changed to two single beds. Inconveniently we had to change rooms. The corridor leading to the room I stayed in looked straight out of a slasher movie, it was dark and gloomy. The bottom of the hotel was nice and modern, but the room and hallways looked like they were last updated in the early 2000s. Its location isn’t very convenient, I wouldn’t come back here. It was too much of a pain to get here and back to the City Center to visit.

The whole hotel had a terrible smell, the bathroom in our room smelt like urine, the single beds were so uncomfortable. Moldy green/black ceiling tile on the 5th floor in the hallway. No fridges in rooms. Dirty around the property, garbage in the bushes, ashtray overflowing.
