Comfortable stay. Good walkable location in a less hectic street, short distance to Haymarket trains, bus, trams, castle and cafes/pubs. Nice room, small but comfortable. Welcoming reception.

This hotel is in a great location, however, the quality of the hotel is not worth the price. The rooms were extremely small, and the beds were unconformable. I paid way too much for this place. Don't bother spending so much. It's best just to get a hotel a little further from the tourist attraction, and save the money.

Comfortable and easy
From checking in to checking out, all went smoothly and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable. The parking was Thistle parking (EH3 8BL), which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The cost was £11. It closes around 11:30, so please be careful. I liked the hotel location because many offices surround it, quiet, and there are many independent cafes or restaurants. It is about a 10-15 min walk to the castle, close to all the beautiful historical attractions. There are many friendly and helpful multilingual employees as well. (we found at least Spanish and Japanese speakers!)
