Stunning luxury 2 Bedroom Loft Apartment Balcony

A luxury open spaced loft apartment with a private terrace, close to shopping and fabulous local restaurants. The flat has two bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in a quiet corner of the living area. There is also an android laptop, pc linked to the tv and a printer for your use . oh and bob the vacuuming robot.
The space
I have a lovely large open plan loft apartment situated in the fashionable Waterfront area of Leith in Edinburgh. Bright spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a beautiful private terrace for enjoying the warm summer evenings

The apartment has large bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a second double bedroom with TV off the living room. There is also a sofa bed in sitting room. My cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. We have 2 bathrooms, one is ensuite. The apartment has all mod cons; wifi access, television, and a chromecast and fire tv if you wish to link your phone. There is a fully functioning kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, counter top ice maker and all necessary dishes and utensils. Artwork by New York artist Rory Donaldson (which can be purchased) adorns the walls adding to the charm of this apartment.

In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay. There are shops, cafes, and bars all within walking distance. We are close to the Royal Yacht Britannia and many of Edinburgh's finest restaurants, such as Martin Wishart's ,Kitchin , Fishers, Teuchters and many more. The apartment is just a short bus ride from the city centre...this apartment really has the best of both worlds!

Good Beginning
The property itself was lovely. However directions for location should be more exact. A landmark that could be used would be the Holiday Inn. The name of the building was not given and the number for the unit was not clear. It should have been stated that it was a third floor flat. More attention to detail in cleaning was needed. The kitchen, while attractive and thoughtfully stocked for travelers, needs a deep cleaning. The dishwasher filter had food in it. Some cooking utensils had been put away dirty. The refreshments left for us were greatly appreciated. The potential for this property as a vacation flat is great.
