Excellent place to stay top notch hotel loved every moment from the bed to the shower and even the teas and hot chocolate everything inside the hotel is brilliant! The only downside is the parking as it’s £15 a night and you have to move your car when harts FC are playing.

Amazing hotel
On arrival we were greeted by really friendly staff who showed us to our room. The room was excellent, all aspects, so luxurious. At breakfast we were tested to a cold buffet followed by a hot breakfast. The selection was amazing. Restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly too. This hotel fulfilled its description and more. A real treat for us, would not hesitate to re book. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back

Staff were superb. Friendly and extremely helpful, especially Sarah and Katie at reception. Spotless comfortable rooms, excellent toiletries and nice breakfast. Parking difficult especially on match-day, but easy bus transport into town.

Staff is really nice! Hotel is very clean and everything is good quality. The area around is okay. Not in the main city but alot of walkable places to go and geg basic things. I would definitely stay here again.

We did not understand at booking that Tynecastle Park was a football club and the hotel was part of it. But that was fine, except most of the rooms were set up to have large screens upon which the games could be watched, vs windows. We were offered the option of having a picture of Edinburgh Castle on the screen. However, it didn't work for several hours, needing to be reset. The next morning the screen was green! The staff worked hard to address it but since we were only there one night, it was a moot point. Also, everything in the room was controlled by very modern means, quite new to us! That was a great feature, just one that took a bit of time to figure out. The location of the property was out of city centre which we knew, but we were able to find a nice restaurant within a few blocks, and the area was quiet at the hotel. We were using public transportation, so cannot address the parking. Still, I would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, staff facilities, and its accessibility to the FC.
