Potentiall a good hotel

Potentially a good hotel but seemed short staffed. Bedroom wasn’t very clean with a disgusting filthy bathroom mug and a torn sheet. A general clean up is needed. Reception staff (male) was friendly and helpful, the female was rather grumpy. I suspect that they were covering for other staff and were stressed I.e. cleaning staff?? Positives were a. Wry comfortable bed in an attractive room that just needs some love and attention from management

The other reviews really were correct about the hotel being dirty, poor breakfast and unfriendly staff. If I had read the reviews I could have chosen another hotel. So we went there slept and left. I do not recommend it. I selected thinking Ramada should be good but as experienced Ramada can be very bad quality. The bathroom was full of black mold and dirt.

Terrible experience…

It was one of worst hotels that we’ve stayed in as a family. Don’t even know where to start from. The disgusting sewage smell coming from the hotel as soon as a you walk in or the rude staff member who greeted us or the dirty bathroom. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Cheap and cheerful

The main point is that we got a very comfortable night's sleep at a good price. The hotel doesn't look great - it is in need of some facelift and refresh. But all the important things are there and my family and I enjoyed a large room with good AC, bathroom and very comfy beds.

Disappointing

Stopped here for a one night stay travelling back through Turkey from Europe. The hotel is modern and clean and the room and facilities were good. The restaurant is appalling, very limited choice of foods with no imagination, but even worse the food offered was poor quality and very poorly presented. Some of the staff are not customer friendly at all. If you are staying here just to sleep, excellent choice but don’t go there expecting to eat well

Outstanding Hotel and Service

Very beautiful hotel that was clean and the staff exceeded out expectations on all levels. We had spend the day and night at the university hospital as our Mom had to have emergency surgery, so we didn't have a chance to eat, so when I checked in I asked the young man at the front desk if it was possible to get some thing to eat. He rose to the occasion and went to the kitchen and the chef was still there and they prepared to amazing cheeseburgers and fries that they packaged up as I had to return to the hospital. I was so blown away by this act of kindness and only wish I had taken down their names so I can write the General Manager to express my gratitude. Well done gentlemen keep up the great work!!
