Boasting a central location, this peaceful two-bedroom retreat offers a private paradise complete with a secluded outdoor area furnished for guest pleasure with a firepit, Adirondack chairs, a grill, and picnic table. Sip morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the screened porch while enjoying sea breezes and marsh views through the live oaks and palmetto trees.

The stilted, single-level interior comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table or out at the picnic table. After the day's activities, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Christmas at Edisto Island
The cottage was nice. I wish that the seating inside allowed for better views of the marsh. It was too cold to use the small sitting area on the side of the house. Inside, the sofa was against the wall facing away from the marsh views. Guests should know that the shower in the main bathroom is very small; only 1 person could fit. The shower in the other bathroom was in the tub and it was very slippery for 2 people to move around and only 1 person at a time could get under the water.

Quiet and Pleasant Stay
Edisto Island, in general, is a laid-back place, and this house and location are perfect. The house is small, charming, clean, and overlooks the marsh, The view is gorgeous and there's even a fire pit. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 smart TVs: One in the living room and one in the guest bedroom. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. We would definitely come back.

What a great location
First time in decades of visiting Edisto that we've stayed right by the grocery store, coffee shop, Waterfront, Sea Cow, etc. rather than farther down the beach. It was amazingly convenient and the views from both sides of the house are lovely. The house itself was very comfy, a bit smaller than some places we've rented but roomy enough for the two of us. Seemed quite new and modern, great light (both from the fixtures and the natural window light) and everything functioned well. Nice beds. Ideally, we'd have liked a King bed rather than Queen but the master bedroom was a bit too small for one. That is pretty much our only minor quibble.

Wonderful Island get-a-way
Clean, comfortable Island cottage perfectly located on Edisto Island. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful mash view from the screened in porch. We had a wonderful relaxing stay!!
