The two things I could be picky about was the tap function to access the underground parking, you had to open the car door to reach the tap pad, and the underground parking was too hot. It was around 22 degrees celcius, the windows, and side mirrors of the car fogged up when we entering, making it very difficult to back into a parking spot.

Room was very spacious and clean.. Two bedroom suite with king beds and t.v.'s in each room. Washroom for each room. Living room area with couch and big size t.v. Fridge, table and chairs, microwave. Continental breakfast available each morning. Coffee readily available throughout the day. Staff was very kind and helpful. Laundry facilities available for use. Enjoyed being able to walk to the mall as it is very close proximety. Highly recommend staying here, this hotel served our family trip very well.

It’s very close to the Edmonton Mall. I booked a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed. It was fairly big room with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a sink. The property smells great all the time. Underground parking was absolutely bonus for the winter. Hot Breakfast was good. I definitely enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel. We connected our Netflix to the smart tv and enjoyed watching our favourite movies and shows. Overall we loved everything

The room was very spacious with a great sized fridge for our goodies. Having 2 Bathrooms was a great option. Breakfast was OK. The 2 beds were very comfortable, but the hide a bed was terribly uncomfortable n the floor in room was super dirty, as our socks were filthy after walking on them.

Amazing hotel. I stayed in a suite that had 2 rooms with separate washrooms. The complementary breakfast was 'waoooo': so good, as there were choices to be mad. Very good! The only challenge was the heating regulation - it gets hotter, and when adjusted, it gets colder. This is minor, as it could be fixed to retain the desired temperature
