Amazing
Very clean, friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Underground parking a treat in freezing weather- and was tall enough for a lifted truck. Rooms bright, lots of lighting, clean, shower option of rainshower head or wand nice. Breakfast options good and tasty. Now our go to place when in the city

Good location/Bad location
Check and and everything was good , the room is huge and new . Everything was good until we went to bed . This is not the hotels fault but a location issue . The hotel is located is a very very very busy area . Edmonton had snow and unfortunately they were cleaning the snow from the streets and the transit station right outside our room . From 11pm until 3 am all we could hear was the scraping of the machines and the back up beepers . Finally we couldn't take it anymore and requested a room change at 3 am . The hotel accommodated but we hardly slept all night . Don't not book a room on the west side of hotel during winter months after snow fall or your in for a long night
