Great location, so much within a 10 to 15 min drive. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. The price of this hotel was very competitive and while the décor was a little outdated there was obvious renovations happening to update the hotel. Would stay again!

Rooms are very clean - mattress a little firm for my taste. Check out day was inconvenient as we kept having to get our room keys reactivated. Once for myself, and twice for my spouse.

It was very noisy, there was hair in the continental breakfast and the floors in our room were filthy. We accidentally spilt water and I wiped it up with a towel and the towel was absolutely black.

We stayed here as my son had an appointment at the stollery hospital and this seemed like a reasonable hotel to stay at that was affordable and fairly close but we were extremely disappointed with this property. Its very run down, staff is not very welcoming and the room was in need some of serious improvement. The entire building has seen better days and that was evident by the endless areas with very obvious water damages. We got the king room with the bunk beds and the bunkbeds did not seem safe at all. They were very loose and wobbly, they made a creek with every small movement and honestly should probably be replaced before they fall apart and seriously hurt a child. There was also a "balcony" outside our room that was not accessible, which is probably a good thing since it did not look safe and was covered in trash, bird poop and other random garbage. The air conditioning must of been turned off or wasnt working which made the room like a sauna and not being able to open the window more then 2 inches made it impossible to try and cool the room down at all. Will definitely never be staying here again nor will i reccomend anyone staying here!! Avoid it and spend your money else where. For just under $400 for 2 nights, I expect better from a hotel.

This hotel offers a great place to stay, but so much more than that! Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant to deal with, offered all the help we needed, and made our stay amazing. The included breakfast was actually a real breakfast - not package eggs, but real food, and a different offering each morning!! (Again, with amazing servers to make the experience fantastic.) We’ll be back!
