It is right downtown, which makes for easy walking access to the Convention Center. This made trying to find parking in downtown Edmonton a non-issue!

Check in was a little slow. Only one elevator was working! Hotel room had a great view! Could use some upgrades; carpets, furniture, toilet. Would love to explore the hotel a little more, however, with only one elevator working, the wait times were incredibly lengthy and you had to squeeze in.

This hotel needs upgrades. The restaurant was an experience. You could see the whole city in 1 hour and a half. The staff friendly and attended to your needs.

The property was clean and bed was very comfortable. The concierge lounge was disappointing, was expecting a better continental breakfast. The hot breakfast available downstairs was ridiculous expensive for what you got, should have been half the cost of what it was. The rotating restaurant was amazing and the Bellamy lounge made great drinks, would have been nicer if it was open a bit later. Would stay here again but likely wouldn't pay for the concierge amenities as an included breakfast was why we were willing to pay more...but the breakfast was disappointing. Hot breakfast should be included when paying for concierge floors.
