Advertised pricing is lower in comparison to other hotels in the area, but they charge you for parking, charged us extra to check-in an hour early. Rooms are clean, but nothing extraordinary. Location was very convenient, but would stay elsewhere next time.

Staff was amazing. Check in was quick and very friendly. we had access to the business level and the snacks and beverages were a nice touch but again, the staff working were incredible and took great care of us. The housekeeping staff we spoke to were so friendly. It’s evident that the hotel hires for great personalities! Would have been 5 star but the property is getting tired in some spots and could use upgrades.

I booked the business concierge room, and I loved it. I was on the 19th floor and above, the lounge which provided snacks and wine/beer from 5 to 8 pm. The two women who worked there were amazing (thank you and please pass on my review to them)! My spouse and I felt so welcome, and we met and talked to another couple there on two of our nights. Decent place but paid parking in effect

The room was very comfortable, there was some mold in the shower grout but everything else was good. Anna in the concierge lounge was super nice and friendly.

All things being equal… Chateau Lacombe is very good value for your money! It is an older property… Many parts of the building in rooms are quite old: Arborite, bathroom counter, etc., very small, televisions, Our room was quite stinky from smoke… Even though we were one that we would be charged $300 if we smoke there… Which we didn’t Parking is good… but cost $25 extra All of this said, to get a hotel for less than 150 bucks in downtown Edmonton in the middle of summer I thought it was pretty good! Staff was cheerful and helpful enough🙂
