There was a domestic despute in the room next to mine, I called the front desk, and they did nothing about it. The room was not clean, there was stains on the pillows, inside the lamp, the bathroom mirror had weird burn marks on the inside of it the sink had some pink stuff stuck to it. Over all not impressed at all.

I know the area is rough but i was not expecting to be placed into an unnatched building that was sort of like an apartment and when we asked one of the people outside they said the homeless stay there. Which wouldnt bother me aside from all the drug use/buying i seen going on. Just a bit of a sletchy area. Also there was blood on the bathroom floor of my room so that was disgusting. The beds and towels were clean and staff were nice.

Coach Roach Chateau Nova Kingsway
Well after a 3 day stay we found coach roaches in by our room and were moved to another room and was given a whole $26 dollars off. Will not ever stay there again and will for sure be telling friends about the coach roach issue! We were also told this has been an issue for a year now.

There was a lot of confusion with our booking and the type of room we were advised to book, and the front desk staff was not very helpful with sorting that out. Once we arrived from our outing there was a “guest” which was lingering in the lobby. The front desk agent advised us that she didn’t know if the guest was even staying there and thought maybe they were just warming up. We felt unsafe as this person would have access to all floors and didn’t seem to be staying. The elevator did not require you to use your key card to go up the floors, the doors on the rooms also didn’t have the extra lock to lock yourself inside. Only the dead bolt (which any staff can open). This did not make us feel very secure in our room. Was an ok stay for what we needed in town, but probably wouldn’t stay again or alone.
