Property is very dated. Limited staff and amenities on hand. Was not advised about pool closer until day of travel. Said they would upgrade room, but it was not ready when we got in it( no towels and phone not working). There for 4 days and short comings we’re not looked after. Walk way to community pool is very seedy.

The room was standard, the beds not so comfortable and the shower did not work and only a tiny bit of warm water so it was not worth standing there waiting for it to get hot. Very disappointed as we had great service in the past with Clarion.

They failed to notify me before my stay that their pool was closed for maintenance and didn’t offer any sort of refund or discount on the public pool next door. The hallway that attaches to the public pool next door has to be one of the sketchiest I’ve ever been in. Graffiti, broken glass and unkempt

Key kept deactivating every time i left room...had to get front desk to reactivate...every time. Staff were friendly...rooms clean...just frustrating experience...room was changed after window leaked but new room had broken lock that took until next day to repair .

The staff was really good very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The swimming area was fine , only the kids saw a dead cockroach in the pool.The room had mould on the ceiling and the bathtub was not clean. It was pretty disgusting. I will not go back there. The hotel really do need a lot of updates.

There were multiple different hairs on the sheets under the blanket. It was so dusty and dirty everywhere. Stains on furniture. I slept on top of the blankets all night due to the lack of cleanliness. The place was basically empty and I was top floor completely opposite of the elevators, it was a huge pain to get to my room. I will never stay here again. Stay away

I was taking an unplanned road trip with my friend and didn’t reserve a hotel. We wound up too tired to drive home so found the Clarion had rooms through Expedia. Which I booked right before we went to check in. Check in was good we got our room #372. We get into the room and put all of our stuff away. Notice the toilet runs constantly. We were going out to eat and stopped at the desk and told the person that the toilet was leaking. To be fair he offered to change rooms for us, we chose not to since all of our stuff was already unpacked and we were there for only on night so just suggested we he person get maintainance to come before the rent the room again. The next thing we noticed was the housekeeping did not change out the shampoo and conditioner (they were half used). Again the front desk person gave us shampoo and conditioner. Then we go to put our bags in the closet and there is a used Gatorade bottle on the floor. Go to have a bath and the security bar attached to the wall is white but has a ton of soap scum and just wiping it with a wet face cloth cleaned it off.so one has to wonder what kind of job housekeeping does. Then we wanted ice and went to every single floor and the ice machine area was blocked off. Went to the main floor ice machine is there but not working. When checking out the front desk person said oh we have ice at the front desk. I would never have thought to request ice from the front desk it is something that should be mentioned upon check in. 😕

Good property and clean. It’s not in full use and does show minor signs of neglect. (Cost prohibiting , I guess) no restaurant on site. Limited restaurants walking distance or other amenities.

The staff were excellent at making us feel welcome but the property itself gave off somewhat abandoned vibes: weeds around the parking lot; minor repairs required here and there; shortage of towels at the pool... The location right next to the local rec center was a pleasant surprise which gave us a whole day of family fun. The continental breakfast was limited, but had hot items and fruit so you weren't just filling up on carbs. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable; if you are looking for more, be willing to pay for your expectations.
