Relax with the whole family at this cozy 2 bedroom legal suite located in an exclusively quiet neighborhood. The suite has two Queen size beds in two separate rooms and takes 4 people. Our kitchen is well furnished with high end appliances. Parking/laundry are free and on site. The ceiling is sound proofed so you don't have to worry about noise. The bed rooms have black out curtains that are just perfect for a good night's sleep.
The basement apartment is located in McConachie, a neighborhood in Northeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Edmonton. Perfectly located, McConachie is an established family first master crafted haven nestled among ambling tree-lined trails, abundant green space and ponds. It is ideal for an active family lifestyle. McConachie is just off the Antony Henday via 66 Street South. With its easy access to the Anthony Henday high way, there is easy access to any part of Edmonton. McConachie is minutes away from Down town, Londonderry Mall with plenty stores including Simons, H&M, The Bay, Winners and many more. McConachie is minutes away from the Edmonton Transit Center for easy access to Downtown. Manning Town center with with big stores, restaurants and cinemas are very close by. This place had everything you would need. From a rice cooker to an air fryer the kitchen was equipped. Complimentary snacks were there for the kids. Cable tv and wifi were there, but the wifi signal booster was the awesome bonus as a lot of basements have horrible reception. This unit was well thought out. The owners were fanastic and went above and beyond to help us with everything.
