This hotel was in a rougher area. The late night check in was not great. Staff need some improved customer service training. The room was a bit beaten up around the edges. Clearly this hotel is not maintained to a Hilton standard. Very disappointing. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre despite a pleasant staff. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend.

No microwave, and the front desk had to give me a workaround for the WiFi since it did not work or my booking. Elevator kept breaking although thankfully was working well enough for the actual convention days. Side of the building is boarded up but not immediately noticeable from Jasper Ave. Hotel restaurant is expensive so I recommend grabbing meals somewhere else. In addition, parking is $32 a day tax, so if you have a car it may not ideal. Overall cheaper than the other hotels in the area and close to the convention, but not the best.

Very nice hotel and room along with service. No complaints there! The only problem is the hotels location unfortunately has many unwanted “solicitors” due to downtown.

Sketchy Part of Town- avoid the hassle
Over priced for the value of room type, no free parking, sketchy part of town. Parking access for a truck was terrible and expensive $32..we won't stay here again or would i recommend... elevators were not working with our access card...whom ever own this property, there obviously struggling to keep it a float considering its issues and poor value

Service at the hotel was very hit and miss- the daytime staff were great Evening/Night staff need to be trained properly if they are working on their own. Our air conditioning did not work in our room. It was fixed during the day Stopped working again in the evening and the fellow that was sent to try to fix it in the evening was quite rude. Restaurant area and staff were lovely

Great downtown location. Besides the homeless/drug addicts that are around the area. Check in was great, they give a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie and in the lounge is free starbucks coffee. We had drinks in the lounge and it's very nice, staff were very nice. It also has an outdoor patio at the lounge which is very nice. There is a parking lot right beside or underground parking is available. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was was comfortable. I would stay here again!

I dont get the other reviews for this hotel. This hotel is in a city, there will be homeless people, it will be hard to park; However, the hotel was great! The room was so clean, the parking was good if you have reasonably sized vehicle. Do not bring your f350 to downtown edmonton, it wont fit, but that should be expected. The service was really good, and there are some good bars in the area. I definitely recommend staying if you want to see downtown edmonton. Its clean, s good price, and in the city, its great!
