Fantastic hotel. Very chalet, resort type feel. The location is Meh. The surrounding area is Meh. Breakfast was great. The room was awesome.

When we arrived we checked in I wanted to pay damage deposit by debit as I forgot my Visa card 5 hours away. I arrived and when I told them I did not have my Visa card they were unsure if they would allow me to pay debit. After talking to the manager they allowed me to pay 250 on my debit. I arrived to my room, there were no towels only face cloths and hand towels. I opened the microwave to warm a coffee and there was another guest left over pizza in there and there was some type of candy or left over icing on the carpet. I didn’t feel as if the room was as clean as it should have been. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Hotel was great and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was not very good at all especially for $18 a person. The wesite also states the hotel is permanently closed so that was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay again!

As we checked in AC was not working for the room .we called front desk some one came up and said its red i will try when she tried it worked but stoped an hour later then we called again they changed our room next day at 11am. Offering nothing not even apology . When we checked out we told the front desk told them it was not good experience it seemed it didn't matter it was young guy at the desk .

One of the beds was broken, small Side table was broken, the door latch didn’t lock proper and the lamp shade had a red stain that was approximately the size of a banana. The front staff were great changing our room and apologized for the inconvenience. The drink machines at the hotel were also all sold out and we were there for a week and never got refilled. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not. The staff were extremely diligent at cleaning the common areas and we even witnessed them painting the floor boards. Overall except for the room hiccup perfect location as were using the Edmonton Soccer Centre South which is only 5min drive away. Would stay here again!
