The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were darkening And paper plates, wooden cutlery. Ceiling was leaking. Near the light fixtures. Ask for a late checkout. And house keeping, wasn’t aware, no communication to the staff, or the staff was inpatient. And checking in, I felt like the staff on duty wasn’t friendly at all.

Amazing and so good on the budget.
The carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators as in other reviews is bunched up, but other then that the rooms where clean and wonderful, the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was basic ( sausage, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, fruit bowl, and some apples and then juices and coffee) but hot and delicious way better than just a Continental breakfast. Pool, hot tub and steam room amazing and relaxing. We wanted to watch the oilers play( we came in to go to scream) in the lounge on the big screen and they put it on for us.

Hotel was decent. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Tiny bathroom and the carpets in hallways could be replaced. Location in the middle of industrial area, but wasn't an issue for us. Great breakfast. Overall great value for the price.

The lady at the check in desk was rude and abrupt. She gave me 2 breakfast coupons and crossed off the time for the one and then told me the wrong time. We ended up missing breakfast the 2nd because of it. The breakfast food was a paltry selection of toast, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon, fruit salad, coffee, juices and yogurt. The place is very much falling apart inside. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows are lumpy. You cannot put the thermonstat under 18 but it also didn't go over 19.

My hotel room is nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is the breakfast place. They use paper plate and plastic utensils and plastic cups. Also there’s no hot water for tea. My friend asked for hot water and it came out brown. They probably use the coffee pot. So that’s disappointing.
