Nice place
Went for an outdoor concert and a few days of shopping. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and polite. Highly recommend staying here. The restaurant was great.

Great location if you can't get a place downtown. But don't have high expectations. It's not as "nice" as a Holiday Inn or Best Western type hotel.

Good enough for the price, but very outdated and not very clean. Not much to offer, lounge was closed down, lots of renovations going on, pop machines were all out of order. BUT the service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, for the price of the room, I didn’t get shower curtains on my shower so you have a shower and the floor gets all wet had a double room but only one shampoo so I didn’t have enough shampoo. The next day restaurant I could hardly chew the veal cutlets it was old cutlets. It was no veal, so I don’t have a whole lot of nice things to say about the place

The staff were super, the room was clean and comfortable, and close to West Ed and Kingsway malls for a great price. Just have to be okay with no pool or free breakfast. If that’s fine, then it’s a great deal.

Our precious stays were excellent all the way around, this time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the common areas. As I do understand there was a big conference and a lot of people, the amount of garbage in the elevator and common areas along with overturned flower pots made it feel very dirty and unpleasant.

Rude staff played games with my schedule. Cost me a day in business to sit and wait on them. Overall the experimce was frustrating and stressful and basically tool 24 hiurs out of my life to asign misery. Glad its over.. dont do it

For the price it was a place to stay but it was so dirty with a plastic bag over smoke detector and unpainted fraying doors. On the roof above the bed was a series of brownish red spotches and no one cleaned the room during the day.
