At the moment parking is available on the driveway, as well as beside the house on the public road. On-street parking is permitted, however, limited to up to 72 hours without moving vehicles from the same location, these are general bylaw rules applied by the city of Edmonton.
You will be able to have access to the entire main floor of the house, the kitchen, bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The lower level of the house may occasionally be occupied by the host of the house. The privacy will be maintained, as the basement unit is entirely separate from the upper level, with a separated entryway for privacy. The host is a busy individual who will not provide discomfort to the guests, but is available any time anything is required, or if you have any questions or concerns. The backyard is also available to the guests, a barbecue area is set up should you require to use it free of charge.
