Goods n bads but generally okay

The check in lady was very nice and accommodating. The room was standard. Later that evening when we asked for an extra pillow we were told they had zero spare pillows thought that was odd and made for not the best sleep. Pretty bare bones just a single towel for each of us and the bed covering is very thin. The air conditioner/heating unit is pretty loud. Great location and the breakfast is stellar.

The staff were friendly and the pool was nice to have for the family. The breakfast was also a hit with everyone! We were a bit disappointed with the thorough cleanliness of our room and the overall condition of the hotel as it’s relatively new. We noticed some dirty walls and streaky mirrors. Our room had a lot of wear and tear for a newer build. The main areas showed some lack of attention such as full garbages. Would stay again if needing to stay in the area and we obtain a reasonable rate.
