We enjoyed the free breakfast, and also enjoyed the room layout of the suites with separate room for the bed. What didn’t go well was how much the room cleanliness and quality had deteriorated over the last year since we were there. Ottoman with leather crumbling apart, multiple stains on carpeting and furniture, as well as on the pull out mattress especially. We notified the front desk and we were kindly moved across the parking lot to the other Hilton hotel (double tree). Our new room was great and so very clean. Overall disappointed with the condition of room but staff were excellent and helpful with our issues.

We stayed here with our two dogs while we were in the city. I’m always a bit uneasy staying places with my dogs, not because they’re the problem but some places just make it difficult and you feel like you’re scrutinized the whole entire time. Home2Suites wasn’t like that at all. We felt totally comfortable and relaxed on our stay and will stay there again.

The hallways had garbage on the floors, the couch was very dirty in our room. Some rooms did had smoke detectors removed. The breakfast area had no decent seating. Too many smokers sitting and standing in front of the front doors. The bed was sagging, and the shower had low pressure.

I was fairly close to the elevator so it was a bit loud. Overall I would stay here again, but would request a room far from the elevator. Breakfast was great!
