The staff who assisted us at the front desk was a total joke. We checked in at 4:30PM and the OG checked in time is 3:00PM, and she’s telling me that the room was still dirty, and at least 15mins of waiting before it gets to be cleaned. So if I have arrived at 3:00PM, I still need to wait for 1.45hours because my room isn’t ready yet? Are you joking me? Is it my fault that the room was still dirty and your check-in time says 3:00PM? I was already late that time, and you guys still had me wait for more, with two infants with me. It’s a total inconvenience. Second, breakfast, very limited seats. There are lots of people, and the seats are very few. The food taste bland, and some are very hard to eat like the bacon on our first day. It’s very chewy. Third, we asked for an exchange of our towels and an extra toilet paper since all the towels are wet because we went on the pool, and paper towel was half way to none when we came there. I called the front desk in the morning and told that housekeeper or none of the staff will not be available until it’s evening? This is really an inconvenience to us. We went to Edmonton to have a great day with my kids but they perfectly ruined it. Not recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after the disappointing treatment my clients received, I feel compelled to share this experience. We booked this hotel for two of our clients during a film shoot in Edmonton because it was close to the studio, near West Edmonton Mall, and had a 9/10 rating on Hotels.com. However, after reading further reviews, I found that the rating doesn’t accurately reflect the quality of the hotel. My clients, who travel frequently and stay in hundreds of hotels annually, arrived on November 18. Immediately, they were put off by the noise and chaos in the lobby and hallways. Our female client felt uncomfortable and was even followed by a male guest to her room. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness was far below expectations and inconsistent with the advertised standards. In fact, the hotel is closer to a 6.5/7 rating, not a 9. After only an hour, both clients checked out due to unsanitary conditions and the safety concerns for our female client. They relocated to the Metterra on Whyte. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they denied the issues and refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that my clients left after just one hour and didn’t stay for the prepaid three nights. Even after Hotels.com contacted the hotel, they refused the refund, though Hotels.com did provide compensation. It’s deeply troubling that a female guest felt unsafe and left an hour after check-in, and no effort was made to address her concerns. This situation was h
