Booked this property for a big event going on in Edmonton for Halloween. We had 10 people and everyone was comfy and had a room to sleep in. Good location being just off the main road. More towels and toilet paper would have been appreciated as we did book in for 10 people so some people had to share towels. Overall we just needed a place to get ready and crash and everyone had a good time.

Disappointed and scared
We had a good time until a strange man entered the property at 3am wanting to sleep there. Then in the morning the property manager entered the house unannounced and took out our garbage and stole our toilet paper (that we had to buy because there wasn’t any). We woke up confused and even more frightened because things had been moved while we were sleeping. Only to find out it was none of my guests and it was the property manager who decided to let herself in and clean which she said was part of the “house keeping/ cleaning”. So we left the property a day early after over an hour discussing on the phone with the property manager that we did not feel safe in the house but they refused to understand that it is not ok for anyone to enter the property uninvited and unwelcome. We’re still trying to get a refund for at least the full day we did not stay at the property but the manager is refusing this. Absolutely disappointed and still shocked that this all happened.
