Had a delightful stay. Was in the area for medical reasons with family. We would make one suggestion that for the breakfast there is more than the one container of hand sani that is located by the front desk.

Tru by hilton was completely not helpful throughout the entire process. Emplyees kept referring my calls to corporate hilton who had know idea what was going on. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody in the future and will he telling everyone i know to stay away.

This was a very basic hotel, very few amenities in the room and the soap dispensers were empty. There is a pool but NO hot tub. breakfast was really good!

We frequently stay in Tru by Hilton hotels as they’re dog-friendly, cost-effective, and very clean with their laminate flooring. This location met our expectations! The gym was well lit with a good assortment of equipment as well.

Staff were amazing. Room size is decent. Beddings were terrible unfortunately. Pool water was cold as ice. We stayed there roughly 6 days and the breakfast choices werent changed at all. Please try to offer new menu atleast every 2 days.

Overall the hotel is new and very lovely. A few things though. First. We were on the 4th floor and you need to run the hot water in the shower for at least 10 minutes straight before anything resembling hot water comes out. I’m not sure what depths of hell this water is coming from but I could have travelled there and brought pails of it back quicker. Secondly, we paid an extra $35 bucks for a 1pm checkout, however at 11am, housekeeping was banging on the door telling us it was time to check out. After asking the front desk why they were bothering us, they said, I guess they didn’t check the computer system to verify if there were any late check outs. You’d think that would be an important job function before you go and bang on doors telling people to get out!! Lastly, the breakfast sucks. Gross looking eggs and equally unappetizing sausages, some bread and bagels, a pancake slop station, some cereals and a couple bowls of apples and oranges. Was not good. Virtually no options for gluten sensitivity or vegan.
