Hotel was quiet in a nice part of the city. Price was very reasonable. The room was small and nice but nothing impressive. The bed was comfortable but the sheets/bedding were static and annoying as the sheet and blanket set up was odd. Also most hotels have an abundance of pillows which I like but this only had 3 standard pillows on a kind bed

Water was not hot enough to take a shower, had to run water about 5 minutes to get it warm enough to take shower. the bed was uncomfortable. The walls are too thin. You can hear all the sounds and noise from all over. Coffee and tea being at the lobby only was very inconvenient. Breakfast was good!

The staff was amazing during our stay and gave us our requested top-floor room. The room was quiet, only hearing others when they walked/talked in front of your room momentarily, and it was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, within the top 3 hotel stays we've come across with TRU by Hilton being by far the cheapest cost per night. They have a filtered water bottle fountain on the main floor next to the gym which was an unexpected feature that we didn't know we appreciated until our stay. The room/lobby doesn't have a hotel vibe because of the bright colors and fun decor. Thank you for the great stay :) NEGATIVES: Free Internet = email, text, reading. "Premium" $6.75 per day Internet = video call, streaming, downloading, and enhanced VPN experience. Please just include the $6.75 internet in the general cost for everyone as having to enroll is inconvenient for business and the other hotels we frequent give it as a standard feature. Windows don't open for fresh air but the heating, fan, and AC work well to regulate temperature and stale air. There is a pool but no hot tub or steam room.

Clean and friendly with terrible pillows
Rooms were good. Pillows were flat or lumpy, but the bed was comfortable. The parking lot wasn’t great. First 2 rows were fine, but the back parking was angle and very tight, especially since we were driving a larger SUV. I would suggest ensuring you are there early enough to get better parking for the night.
