Staff were decent, but the hotel was not very clean. We had two weird bugs in our room that resembled cockroaches?!? I know they have a 24 hour coffee bar and microwave in their lobby, but I would have preferred a coffee machine and microwave in my room. I am not big on sharing these things with others especially after Covid. I like to have a coffee in the morning in my pyjamas, not have to get dressed and go down to the lobby. This hotel is fine but just not what I like or want.

The hotel is super chic, the free breakfast is actually is really good, and your getting a bang for your buck! Staff was very helpful and easy process to check in. The only thing I’d say about this location is the pool is a bit small and it could need a good clean.

At first glance the room was clean but once we were in and settled we notice stains on the wall that looked like coffee or blood.. we werent sure. Bathroom was clean but the toilet paper hadn't been changed to new rolls. Pillows were awful, felt like they were 100 years old. Also there was no clock or any lamps! It felt unfinished in there.

The hotel is clean and smells like laundry in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a nice industrial type area which felt super safe and was quiet even with the large dealership behind it. The rooms are clean, the bathroom amenities are nice as well. Beds about a 6/10, the pillows are about a 1.2/10. Those would be our only complaint for an otherwise great stay!

Breakfast was not good limited options. No cream cheese for bagels. Limited cereals. Etc. done at 9:00 which is too early. Rooms were ok. Clean bit bedding was below average. Not comfortable. TV had limited channels. Would not stay again. We left a day early.

scary situation for my family
my room was opened from outside, some stranger opened our room door using a key card. my wife thought it was me and it was not!!!! that person exited very quickly.....i don't know how this hotel is making mistakes like this. my two young kids are inside as well....not acceptable....and they charged me 170 dollars for upgrades from a king bed to 2 queen beds at the counter for 3 nights...the price is exatly the same on hotel.com...not sure if i got scammed by the front desk...the staff is friendly at least...will not recommend anyone go there.
