Welcome to the Urban Oasis. This beautiful home is centrally located in the popular neighbourhood of Old Strathcona, full of character homes and tree lined streets. Located just north of Whyte Ave, walk to popular boutique shops, local restaurants and farmer's market or explore the neighbourhood's parks and ravine with the family. Our home is centrally located and a short drive to Downtown, UofA, WEM. In the evening enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, generous backyard, comfortable beds and central air conditioner to keep you cool all summer.

-Strathcona is a family oriented neighbourhood quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be mindful our neighbours who have a young family and are sleeping between 9pm-8am. We have a strict no music policy outside and inside the home during quiet hours. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Great place to stay
This property was a great house located in a very walkable Neighborhood. The house worked great for our family of 4 and our dog - he loved looking out the window watching people walking and cycling by. Access to the river valley and walks in the neighborhood were perfect for us.

Nice Place
The property is very nice and new refurbished. Towels, plates etc were available. The master bedroom has a window without a means to shut out the light but otherwise very nice place to stay. There's a requirement by the owner to be quiet due to the neighbor a bit tricky for a noisy African family but I believe it worked... Truly a nice place and location for the activities we planned.

Terrific property for our family get-together. Plenty of space to visit and to make our meals. Comfy beds and plenty of bedding. Kitchen was well stocked (could use a few more dishcloths, but sure was a minor thing). Quick 10 min walk to our show and restaurant.

Truly an Urban Oasis
Our recent stay at the Urban Oasis was truly fantastic. The location was ideal, with convenient access to Whyte Avenue, Mill Creek, and the River Valley for scenic parks and walking trails - perfect for taking our furry friend for a stroll. The suite itself was equipped with every amenity one could ask for. The furnishings were stylish and new, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
