Located in a quiet neighborhood known for its stone and brick mid-century modern homes that is close to bike/walking trails and a 5-10 minute walk to the many shops and restaurants on main street Edwardsville. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath that was recently remodeled and has tub/shower, and hardwood floors in living room and bedrooms. Each unit has 1 car garage and there is a common area with coin-op washer and dryer and closet/storage for each unit. Stone patio in back yard.
