"amazing bed and room, just wish the staff was a touch more helpful. I was in town for a run and it happened to work out that i would be getting back to the room shortly before checkout (under 15 mins). I asked if i could get a late check out, or even just an extra 30 mins and was told no. Fine, i get they have a tight turn around. I rushed, checked out at 11 sharp and headed to my next stop--where i discovered i had left some needed items in the room in my haste. I called, and asked if i could get them later when i would be through the area again and was told nothing had been found. They weren't in my bag, and i had used at least one item in the haste so i know they were there...so either they just tossed it all out or were unwilling to check the lost and found. either way, it would have been much easier if they had just been willing to give me a few extra minutes! "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The heater wasn’t working and the manager came to assess. It wasn’t plugged in so he plugged it in and everything was fine after that."
