We had a two night stay for a volleyballl tournament over the weekend. We got there and everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had read other reviews about the elevator not working but it was while we were there. Rooms were great, very clean and plenty of room. Two things that weren't on the good side: The breakfast area and the swimming pool are rather small. But overall it was a great weekend stay !!!

The checking in and out process was good. However there were several issues with the stay that brought my scores down. 1. They had some type of issue with a washing machine of thiers that sounded like someone screaming during a high cycle rotations. Only problem with this is they did thier laundry in the early morning hours whick after a 6 hour drive can be startling. 2. We had left things on the bed on our first night so that was our bad for why they were not made but after that our rooms were not serviced untill we complained and we made sure to follow instructions that were clealy displayed. We also had to complain to receive refreshed towels. 3. My room aslo had a broken faucet in the shower that I reported to them. 4. The final big thing was select members of the staff seamed to hate being bothered with any questions brought to them. I say select cause there were a few who grew visually agitated with thier co workers but answered me kindly or resolved the issue themselves.
