Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not refilled in common area 1/2 the time. Although plenty of coffee, cream and sugar were put out. Hotel is in a shopping strip with a grocery store right across the street that you can easily walk to. There is 20 steps and no elevators to get to the most rooms. "
