Everything was as expected apart from tea, coffee and toilet paper not being replaced. We also asked for a wake-up call and even confirmed it a second time but never got the call. Thankfully my phone alarm woke us up at 03:00 otherwise we would have missed our flight.

Perfect location to be close to the Sagrada Familia church. The top of the church can be seen on the roof top of the hotel which is awesome.

This is our first trip to Europe. This hotel was fine but it lacked anywhere for your suitcase or for your clothes, so basically they were on the floor. The room was dark with almost no natural light, you could not tell what the weather was as the only window was small and looked into a cement vestibul. The shampoo was horrible- we are travelling carry-on only and are relying on hotels to have somewhat decent toiletries. The toilet paper was insufficient for its job. I thought that the hotel lobby should offer complimentary cold water as it is a very warm climate but perhaps that is not a European thing.

Great location for visiting the Sagrada Familia which is 5 minutes walk away. The hop on hop off bus is the same distance behind the Sagrada Familia.

Loved the location of this hotel close to Sagrada Familia and all the outdoor seating at restaurants that overlooked it. The metro was close too for getting to other areas in Barcelona. The hotel was clean and lovely and we even used their luggage storage after checkout for a couple of hours.

Location, location!
Great location. Two blocks away from the main point of interest. Short ride away from other areas. Visited during summer, it was very hot and the air conditioner struggled to keep up, but other than that, it had very friendly and helpful staff.
