False advertisement
Yo checkin was goid, staff was nuce. When i got in the room, it smelled like cigarette smike and the towels looked like some used them to clean the engine of their car. The tub was really dirty, soap scum everywhere and rust. The shower curtain was dirty, it needed to be thrown away. The tv was huge and the bed was ok. Will never stay here again.

First off they have no sign of the name. I guess there transitioning. I get it but they have a different sign. I check in at night to crackheads arguing from room to room. Check in clerk wanted more info from me then a cop and had me write down my drivers license. All while im smelling a strong odor of piss. Realizing theres actual piss on the check in shelf which you have to touch to pass your info through the small window. Checked in room was ok. Everything was dirty except the bed but being late at night and the bed being exceptional we stayed the night. But never again.

Very dirty cockroaches running on floor .Bathtub dirty .The bathroom door was off the hinges .Blood on door .Smashed roaches on floor .Since the was no refund or cancellation offered .We decided to just stay .We mopped the floor and disinfected everything .

Unsanitary/ Bodily Fluids/ Scammers
Was unable to even stay in the room due to hazard fluids all over. Urine, blood and other stains all over bed, mattress, floors etc. Reception could not accommodate switching us to a different/cleaner room and stated to contact hotels.com for a refund and that they would manually approve it (we had booked a non refundable fare). We left and immediately contacted hotels.com explaining the situation. They called the hotel to get the refund approved, and were met with radio silence stating they were “too busy at the moment and call at a later time”. Hotels.com continued to reach out multiple times (sending us updates via email) and after a week let us know they had to unfortunately close the case because the hotel had started blocking their calls regardless of what method they tried to communicate with them. Extremely disappointed in the motel. We understand honoring the non refundable policy if they would have been able to actually provide us a safe room without bodily fluids all over, or even at least cleaning it again so we could actually physically stay in the room. But because they could not provide us a room, stated they would approve a refund and then dodge all phone calls for approval from the booking company, this is an extremely shady and unsanitary motel. -100/10 do not recommend.

We didn’t like the facility. They had signs all around the parking area saying “do not work on cars in the lot”, “stop human trafficking”, and other signs that were not pleasant. We didn’t feel safe even though it was daylight. The room smelled and was not very well kept. It seemed as though it was 50’s or 60’s attire. Very run down. We ended up not staying and finding other arrangements for our stay.
