Relaxing Retreat!
Lovely garden environment. Very well kept, clean and friendly staff. Beds were very hard, but that’s typical for Colombia. Lots of amenities like ping pong, sauna, hot tub. We had a wonderful stay.

Habia eatado en este hotel muy espectacular.. pero esta segunda vez muy mal ..La llegada fue muy mal 1) nos dijeron en el from desk q no tenian tratos con uds señores hoteles.com ..la habitacion q reserve con uds por 4 noches no era ese el precio , para quedarme en una parecida tuve q pagar una tarifa superior ..la srta de la recepcion muy bien , un sr encargado del hotel un inquisidor completo nos exigia una serie de cosas de mala manera debieran capazitarlo en relaciones humanas , parecia un capataz de finca mandando sus empleados ( pobres señores ) y eramos nosotros los huespedes ?? Sabemos como tenemos q comportarnos t las leyes tenemos un muy recorido hoteles global ..muy mal el sr inquisidor vigilandonos todo el tiempo , no me senti nada comoda ..nos las monto como quien ..desde la entradaa como si fueramos a pediies limosna o peor ..nada de respeto por el huesped ( personas ) y exige mucho el inquisidor de mala manera nada balanceado ..lastima muy buenas instalaciones y ambiente en general

Muy mal, la atención de uno de los administradores pésima, nada de colaboración con el check out late a pesar de hacer el check in 8 pm. adicional se me cobro mas de lo que me mostraba la reserva y el costo no se justifica para el tipo de hotel y su atencion
