El aire acondicionado dañado. Nuestras 3 habitaciones 605, 609, 610 calientes. La reception dijo que no se puede hacer naday su recomendacion es que se mantengan abierta las ventanas de la habitacion. Lamentablemente habian cucarachas en las habitaciones. Las toallas del baño muy viejas y deterioradas de apariencia sucia.

The hotel needs to be updated. Carpet is old and dirty on hallway. Chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and stained. The room was facing the streets and it was noisy because there is no air conditioning and we had to open the windows. People are very nice and kind.
